We went to the gym Tuesday night and again last night. I felt really good the first night. And I might have pushed it a little to hard.
Ok, a lot to hard.
And although I was sore yesterday, we went again. After about 10 minutes, the pain went away.
And I pushed too hard...again.
And now I can hardly walk.
I think we're going to take a break for a few days.

just remember heidi, you are a girl. you can never push too hard while you exercise or be too thin. fact.
Heidi...no breaks!! You have to keep going back, even though it hurts! I promise, you'll be glad!
